Wagyu Pork Rind Nachos


Ingredients:

  • 1 Bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds

  • 1 lb of Wagyu ground beef

  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 4 Tbsp.Sour cream

  • 1 Jalapeño, sliced

  • 2 Tbsp. Green onion, sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef until no longer raw on medium-high heat in a skillet. Drain, then season with salt and pepper.

  2. Spread the Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds in a baking dish. Top with the ground wagyu beef, shredded cheese, and finally the jalapeños.

  3. Bake about 5 minutes to melt the cheese at 400 °F.

  4. Top the pork rinds, wagyu beef, and cheese with sour cream and green onions. Pro-tip: use a small cookie scoop to evenly distribute each tablespoon of sour cream!
