1 Bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Pasilla Chili Cheese Pork Rinds
1 lb of Wagyu ground beef
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 Tbsp.Sour cream
1 Jalapeño, sliced
2 Tbsp. Green onion, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
In a skillet, cook ground beef until no longer raw on medium-high heat in a skillet. Drain, then season with salt and pepper.
Spread the Southern Recipe Small Batch Pasilla Chili Cheese Pork Rinds in a baking dish. Top with the ground wagyu beef, shredded cheese, and finally the jalapeños.
Bake about 5 minutes to melt the cheese at 400 °F.
Top the pork rinds, wagyu beef, and cheese with sour cream and green onions. Pro-tip: use a small cookie scoop to evenly distribute each tablespoon of sour cream!
