Wagyu Pork Rind Nachos

Ingredients
• 1 Bag Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds
• 1 lb. Beef, wagyu ground
• 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
• 4 Tbsp. Sour cream
• 1 Jalapeño, sliced
• 2 Tbsp. Green onion, sliced
• Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until no longer raw. Drain, then season with salt and pepper.
3. Spread pork rinds in a baking dish. Top with beef, cheddar cheese, and jalapeños.
4. Bake 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
5. Top with sour cream and green onion before serving.
