Zesty Lemon Sour Cream Dip

Ingredients

• 3 Lemons, juiced, zest reserved for garnish

• 2 cups Sour cream

• 2 Tbsp. Salt

Directions

1. In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.

2. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with lemon zest.
