1 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds, crushed
1 cup Almond flour
1/2 tsp. Pepper
2 tsp. Seasoning salt
2 large Onions, cut into rings
Preheat air fryer to 350 °F.
Crush pork rinds in a bowl. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
Add pepper and seasoning salt to almond flour.
Dip onion ring in egg, then dredge in almond flour mix.
Return coated ring to beaten eggs, then dredge in crushed pork rinds.
Air fry for 5 minutes or until golden.
