2 cups Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, crushed
2 Eggs, beaten
1 cup Cheddar, shredded
4 Tbsp. Butter
Microwave shredded cheese and butter for 30 seconds or until melted, stir well.
Add crushed pork rinds and eggs, stir well.
Form mix into balls and flatten between sheets of wax parchment paper.
Fry tortillas until both sides are golden.
