Pork Rind Tortillas

Ingredients
• 2 cups Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, crushed
• 2 Eggs, beaten
• 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
• 4 Tbsp. Butter
Directions
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the shredded cheddar and butter together for about 30 seconds. Stir until smooth.
2. Add the crushed pork rinds and beaten eggs to the melted cheese mixture. Stir until fully combined.
3. Form the mixture into small balls, then flatten each one between sheets of wax or parchment paper to form tortillas.
4. Fry each tortilla in a skillet over medium heat until both sides are golden and crisp.
5. Serve warm — perfect for taco night or as a low-carb wrap alternative!
