Pork Rind Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
• 1 Bag Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds, crushed
• 3 Eggs
• 1 tsp. Paprika
• 1/2 tsp. Onion powder
• 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 2 Chicken breasts, cut into pieces
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a bowl, whisk eggs. Add paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
3. Add chicken pieces to egg mixture and stir to coat.
4. Dredge chicken in crushed pork rinds. Place on a baking sheet.
5. Bake 15-20 minutes, until chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
