Tailgate Ready Guacamole

pork rind guac

Ingredients


• Pork rinds, for serving

• 4 Avocados, ripe

• 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice, freshly squeezed

• 8 dashes Hot pepper sauce

• 1/2 cup Onion, red, small diced

• 1 Garlic clove, large, minced

• 1 tsp. Kosher salt

• 1 tsp. Black pepper, freshly ground

• 1 Tomato, medium, seeded, small diced



Directions


1. Cut avocados in half. Remove pits and scoop into a large bowl.

2. Add lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss well.

3. Using a sharp knife, slice through avocados in the bowl until finely diced.

4. Add tomato and mix well. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

5. Serve with pork rinds.
